I notice you sell out quickly. How often do you restock?

We are restocking items daily and as quickly as possible while maintaining the values and integrity of the brand.

It is so important to us that every batch be what we promise and so as we grow to meet the larger demands, there may be some times when we are sold out or low on inventory. If you do arrive here and find what you want is out, please simply add your email to the waitlist to be notified when your product(s) is back in stock.

We make our fragrance oil blends in small batches for the best outcome. Not only does that take time, but overstocking in mass quantities would require sourcing lower-quality ingredients. While we all would love to have products in massive volume (it would be easier for us too, :), the integrity of the product would be sacrificed to do so. We exist for the purpose of making healthy and clean products and we are not willing to lower standards.

Why do you choose to be synthetic-fragrance free?

Synthetic fragrances and chemicals in the majority of perfumes and colognes on the market have been linked to many health issues including, but not limited to weight gain, depression, anxiety, infertility, low testosterone, estrogen dominance, endocrine imbalance, and cancers. All these ingredients of concern are not in our products and our fragrances were designed to be health-promoting.

What is Quantum Water?

Quantum water carries an 8Hz frequency resonance which brings order to otherwise chaotic molecules and opens the hydrogen bond for more energy, replicating living water and amplifying the energetic elements it interacts with. The selection of this water is based on our understanding of quantum biology and how nature is synergistic. We wanted to use ordered water to amplify the benefits of the oils.

What does "scent benefits" mean?

In addition to being a pleasing aroma, certain scents within nature provide physical, mental, and emotional health benefits via the olfactory and limbic systems. Each Alabaster scent offers health-enhancing elements of nature.

Why do some of the fragrances sometimes have a slightly different scent?

Unlike synthetic fragrances that are made in a lab, natural scents differ based on season, soil, region, and more. While the essential oil is the same, depending on the source, it may have a slightly different aroma. It is nearly undetectable to most but you may find a batch here and there that is a little stronger, sweeter, or more complex. We personally love this about natural products and choose to align with the mystery of nature instead of the predictability of lab-created scents full of chemicals.

Why do I need to shake my perfume before use?

Using a totally natural product comes with some fun tricks! What you are seeing is the natural separation of oils from the carrier (which is the water and sugar cane alcohol) The scent is well saturated into the blend but shaking it helps to freshly release any unbound scent. It also helps to prevent the oils from clogging the spray nozzle. We left out emulsifiers, which are just another chemical that is unnecessary for purposes other than appearance.

I notice the scent does not last as long as synthetic fragrances, why is that?

The majority of commercial fragrances use fixatives, which are chemicals that act as longevity agents and in some cases like glue to adhere to whatever they are sprayed on. Nature did not intend to disrupt the endocrine system simply to have a longer-lasting scent so we cannot get behind it either. We have developed a perfume base that is made with simple organic ingredients and can be worn as a fragrance primer to help extend the scent. It is called Firm Foundation. The other option is to simply reapply throughout the day.

Keep in mind, these scents have benefits so reapplication is not just for the purpose of smell, but also for an additional experience of the benefits they provide.

Are these fragrances available at retail stores?

We can be found in a few selected retailers. Please contact us if you would like to know if we are in your area. What we can tell you is that you will not find us on Amazon. We prefer to create products with high-quality ingredients (the best!) and make our fragrances in small batches to ensure the scent is as consistent as possible. This is critical for truly natural products. When brands are making large quantities, it is a red flag that the oils may not be pure or the fragrances are synthetic.

What is your return/refund policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase under the following conditions:

-The product was delivered, and you are not happy with it

OR 

-The product was delivered, it was damaged, and you do not want a replacement.

AND

-You will return mail the unused portion of the product to us. 

If these conditions are met, we are happy to refund your purchase price minus the shipping.

To obtain a refund, please email info@alabasterfragrance with your order number and reason for return. One of our customer service team members will reply within 48 hours to confirm the return, provide the shipping address to return the product to us, and answer any other questions you have.

Return payments will be sent to the card or account that purchased the product. 

If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to replace it without charge.
